If you keep an eye on automotive news or are contemplating a new Toyota, you have likely heard about the next-generation 2016 Toyota Prius. A complete redesign has created an all-new more athletic style that maintains signature Toyota Prius elements while simultaneously improving fuel economy through better aerodynamics and lighter engine components. As a result, official fuel economy ratings for 2016 Toyota Prius models are expected to reach 54 mpg in the city and 50 mpg on the highway.
