They sell good vehicles at a good price. They’re are willing to work with you. Great service. Only thing I’d change is if they have a better lobby for kids. More kid friendly. However, they are good at what they do

My first trip to J Pauly Toyota for a car I bought my granddaughter for college. Very good service..let me know she was going to need a couple of tires pretty soon. No pressure to buy. I left there feeling a lot more confident that the car would be good for her to drive. I will take it back each time or needs service.
Everyone there is so nice and helpful! They are extremely knowledgeable and answer all questions. I believe they do everything they can to make your experience excellent!
I bought my truck new about a Year and a half ago and they have taken excellent care of it every time I take it in. No confusion and I totally understand everything before I leave there. It’s a good crew all around.

Our 2014 Highlander flashed its "check engine" light on about 40 miles east of Ft. Smith on I-40 on a Tuesday night at 7:05, after hours for this dealership. Had it towed to J.Pauley and left it overnight in front of their gate. Called the next morning and went over the issue with Service Advisor, Chad. Service folks diagnosed the problem, ordered the defective part's replacement and let me know it would take a day to get the part. The part came in on time, was replaced promptly, then tested. Iwas notified that the vehicle was ready and drove to Ft. Smith for the pick up. Everything was fine..... work and part covered by warranty and I drove my car back to Bella Vista, Arkansas with no problem. This is how it is supposed to work! And I appreciate the promptness in getting everything working so seamlessly. Thank you to all involved. By the way, the tow truck driver, Roy, from Tom's Towing Service in Ozark, AR, said that this was all very unusual.... towing a Toyota, that is.... More
Karl was great to work with as were the sales managers. I asked them for their best price and that is what they sent me the FIRST time. I spent a week talking to every dealer within 500miles and NO one gave me their best price the first time. Save yourself the time and just go to J. Pauley
We have had a good experience with past purchase and service. The price didn't hurt either!
