Went from decades of GM to Toyota. We got the Prius for it’s unique dashboard, prime because we want to hold onto this car in the future (gas saving), and Toyota for the safety features.
Even though this was a pricy ‘oil change’, knew it was way over due! Not just from the vehicles mileage, but also since it sat in my grandfathers garage for so many years without being driven and collecting all of California’s air pollution gunk. I now feel confident that my trek to Florida, to move or visit, will be worry free as a result of the skills and quality of service by the advisors and technicians! Much thanks!!
Kelly was great. I showed up slightly early for an appointment we had made and she was punctual/attentive even while finishing up with another customer. She worked with me on what I actually wanted/needed and didn't push anything too hard which made the buying experience much more pleasurable overall. Not to mention J. Pauley's showroom in general is very nice and gives a professional vibe from the moment you walk inside. Overall I highly recommend Kelly Avlos and J. Pauley Toyota.
I contacted J Pauley to check on a truck. Adam Nobles, the internet manager texted me right back with the info I needed. He allowed us to take a new truck for a few hours to check to make sure that there was enough room for our 2 car seats and kids. After driving the truck, we were convinced that we wanted to go with their dealership, but couldn’t purchase immediately. Adam checked in with us and talked to us about options and finally we were able to get the truck! Adam and the staff made everything really easy for us and even picked up the truck from my work in order to install something and then returned it without me having to miss any time. I brought our truck in for a recall that would take a couple hours. I asked if someone could drop me off somewhere, and within a few minutes there was someone available to drive me. Very friendly, courteous and mannerly young man. We chatted all the way to the mall.
After approx. two hours I got a call saying my truck was all finished. The same man came back for me and returned me to my truck at the dealership.
