Our 2014 Highlander flashed its "check engine" light on about 40 miles east of Ft. Smith on I-40 on a Tuesday night at 7:05, after hours for this dealership. Had it towed to J.Pauley and left it overnight in front of their gate. Called the next morning and went over the issue with Service Advisor, Chad. Karl was great to work with as were the sales managers. I asked them for their best price and that is what they sent me the FIRST time. I spent a week talking to every dealer within 500miles and NO one gave me their best price the first time. Save yourself the time and just go to J. Pauley
