First of all this is the 3rd Toyota I have bought from J. Pauley. My husband bought the first 2, is now in a nursing home so I bought this one. Great customer experience. Salesman was great. Took care of all my questions. Anticipated any needs. Changed cloth to leather seats. Stayed late on Friday to complete so I woulnt have to come in on Saturday.
