First of all this is the 3rd Toyota I have bought from J. Pauley. My husband bought the first 2, is now in a nursing home so I bought this one. I had looked one evening after the lot was closed and saw the Venza and really like it. Jason Cook was very friendly and helpful. He made me feel comfortable about choosing a car that met my needs. Everyone there seems to be working hard to help the customers. Great customer experience. Salesman was great. Took care of all my questions. Anticipated any needs. Changed cloth to leather seats. Stayed late on Friday to complete so I woulnt have to come in on Saturday.
