First of all this is the 3rd Toyota I have bought from J. Pauley. My husband bought the first 2, is now in a nursing home so I bought this one. I had looked one evening after the lot was closed and saw the Venza and really like it. I went to the dealership and Howard was the salesman that talked to me, ask if I wanted to test drive it and I did. It handles just as easily as the 2 Avalon's I have driven. He was very friendly, not pushy and answered all my questions. I told him I would think
